We offer live online video conference information sessions to learn more about what it is like to be a foster parent in Monroe County, New York. Our presenters are highly experienced social workers who have worked with foster parents for many years.
To take your first step and register for a session, click on the date and time below and fill out the form to register. After providing your information, you will be emailed a link to a live Zoom video conference with our presenters shortly before the time indicated for the session. Please take note: the links are sent out about thirty minutes before the session is scheduled to begin. Be sure to check your “junk” or “spam” folders if you don’t receive the email on time. Zoom can be used on any computer, laptop, tablet, or cell phone with video and audio capabilities.
To become a Monroe County, NY foster parent you MUST be a Monroe County resident.
